Data Transparency

As per the work-finding services agreement (contract) I have signed with Paraclete Healthcare. I acknowledge I have agreed to Paraclete Healthcare outsourcing my employment to Strategic Pay or one of its sourced employers.

In order to enable Strategic Pay to contact me, I acknowledge that Paraclete Healthcare will pass on my bank details, NI number and Date of birth and any other necessary data for the purposes of payroll and employment to Strategic Pay or one of its sourced employers.
